The 328-18 is a hinged 18" X 26" clear plastic pastry cover that is 4” deep and features a rectangular top with stainless steel hinges in the center. The polycarbonate dome cover, with a chrome handle and over-locking lip, allows for easy access and gives the chef great flexibility in displaying the desserts and keeping it fresh at the same time.
