The 34005 is a grater which features a protective slider attachment that protects fingers and ensures added control. The fine blade side is good for grating foods such as Citrus Zest, Hard Cheese, Nuts, Ginger and Garlic. The extra coarse side is great for grating cheddar & other cheeses and vegetables.
