The L9TB-3 is a round cast iron grill pan equipped that will mark steaks, chicken, etc. the same way a charcoal grill does. It can be pre-heated to high temperatures without warping and recovers the perfect cooking temperature quickly. This ribbed pan is 11 1/4" in diameter.
