The S136N-CP is a 6" narrow stiff boning knife used for filleting fish or boning out pieces of pork, beef and lamb. It was made of quality, stain-free, high-carbon steel with ultimate sharp edges which are hand-ground and honed. Its high-impact "Grip-Tex" polypropylene handle was formed for slip-resistant grip.
