The S140-12-CP is a 12" knife with a serrated edge and sani safe handle which is used for slicing roasts and other thick meat. It was made of quality, stain-free, high-carbon steel with ultimate sharp edges which are hand-ground and honed. Its high-impact "Grip-Tex" polypropylene handle was formed for slip-resistant grip.
