The SG156SC-CP is a 6" scalloped utility used for miscellaneous light cutting such as fruits and vegetables. Its stain-free, high-carbon steel blade has an edge hand-ground by and honed for ultimate sharpness. It comes fully forged with a distinctive Dex-Tex armadillo texture handle.
