RETURN POLICY:

• We have a 14-day money back guarantee. The item will either be replaced if defective (at no additional cost to you), or we will gladly exchange the item(s) or refund the full amount of the purchase price less shipping and handling within 14 days upon return of the item(s) in its original packaging by the customer. • Items which have been received by the customer and are not returned to us within the 30-day return policy period are not returnable. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Our Return Period starts the day of receipt of the order.

• ***Please Note that not all monitors render the same color images. Check the products you are interested in on a different type of computer to ensure that you are seeing the correct colors of the products. 

• Quality Kitchen Accessories, M.A.Talia Company and its manufacturers are not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, mistreatment, damages due to washing and shredded or worn fabrics in areas of usage.  

BACK ORDERS, PRODUCT DELAYS, OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

• It's possible that some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to color, style, size, manufacturer and mill delays or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified by email or phone if item ordered has been backordered, discontinued or no longer available.

ERRORS:

• Descriptive, Typographic or photographic errors are subject to correction. We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.
