SHIPPING POLICY:
- All merchandise is shipped from the manufacturers facility based on availability and proximity to the final destination or from our warehouse in Mays Landing, NJ. Shipping times indicated on for each product are based on our inventory levels, or estimated shipping time as indicated by the manufacturer. Actual shipping times may vary. If Quality Kitchen Accessories becomes aware of a delay in your order, we will notify you via email.
- To expedite your order of multiple items, shipments may originate from different warehouses creating multiple deliveries.
- All packages from Quality Kitchen Accessories or their vendors contain valuable merchandise. If no one will be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, you should consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Please note that we are not able to adjust the shipping address once a package has left the warehouse. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.
- Unanticipated changes in supply can affect product availability.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & WEIGHTS:
- Quality Kitchen Accessories will ship all orders via UPS, FedEx or USPS as long as they meet the weight and dimensional requirements set forth by the previously mentioned shipping companies. Gourmet Kitchen Accessories sells and ships products to all 50 states in the United States. No shipments can be made to PO BOX, APO or FPO addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside the United States. This option may change in the future.
CANCELLATIONS:
- Cancellations must be made within 2 business days after ordering by phone: 1.866.478.5485 or by email: sales@qualitykitchenaccessories.com.
- If an order has already been shipped or was not able to be cancelled due to shipping procedures then the customer will be responsible for return of item(s) per Gourmet Kitchen Accessories product and/or return policy.
